What are the fabric objects made of?
My fabric creations are made of felt composed of a mix of synthetic (rayon) and natural (merino wool) fibres; they are stuffed with GOTS certified organic cotton, which is neither bleached or dyed.
The thread I use for sewing and embroidery is made of cotton or polyester fibres.
As much as possible, I try and get my material through local businesses.
Where are your products manufactured?
All items on my website (except for the postcards, which I order,) are made by me in Strasbourg, France.
From my handmade objects to my prints, I personally manage every step from designing them, all the way to sending them to you.
The product I would like to order is out of stock, will it come back?
Out of stock products that are not marked as « last chance » items will come back in stock.
I usually do not work on big restocks and prefer releasing items progressively, which means that I can’t really say when a specific item might return. However, each out-of-stock product page has a button that allows me to automatically notify you via email when an item returns. This also helps me know which item I should restock in priority.
If you are waiting for a specific product to return to include it in your order, do not hesitate to contact me to know how long it might take.
What does « made to order » mean?
« Made to order » means that I do note make provisional stock of that specific item. If you order one, I will make it specifically for your order.
Please note that making these items can take me up to a month, and if other items are included in your order, everything will be sent out at once.
If your order includes items you would like to receive faster, please place a separate order.
Do you accept custom orders?
I typically only accept custom pet portrait commissions, which are made available through my website when my schedule allows it.
Otherwise, I do not accept custom orders for felt items or illustrations.
Shipping
Where can my order be shipped to?
I ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the destination country. You will see your shipping options upon checkout once the shipping address has been entered.
I currently only offer tracked shipping on my website. This give me and you access to a tracking number and allows us to keep an eye on the location of your order. It also gives me more tools to contact costumer service in case your order seems to have been lost. This is particularly important for my handmade items, which represent many hours of work.
If your order does not contain any felt items and you would like to downgrade your shipping to not tracked, do not hesitate to contact me or leave a note on your order so I can reimburse the tracking fees (0,50€ for France, 2,80€ for international orders).
When will my order arrive?
Processing time:
Unless your order includes a custom pet portrait or a made-to-order item, it will be prepared and shipped within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding weekends and French holidays).
Shipping:
France: 1 week
EU: 1 to 2 weeks
International: Minimum 2 weeks.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Sadly, once your order has shipped, I do not have any control over delivery delays. Please be aware that some situation may impact shipping times (workers strikes; exceptional meteorological or political situations; holidays; etc).
If your order is late, you can check its situation through the tracking number provided. If it seems stuck on a step, do not hesitate to contact me so I can contact the appropriate postal service and try and find a solution.
If your order is completely lost, I will contact you so we can find a solution together (reimbursing or replacing the order).
Will I have to pay import fees, taxes, or Tariff fees (US)?
Normally, you should not have to pay any extra fees.
However, if it happens, it will be your responsibility to pay them to get your order.
You also have the option to refuse the order at reception. In which case, it will be returned to me. If the products come back in perfect condition, I will reimburse you the price of the items you have ordered, but not the shipping fees.
Felt care.
Are felt items sturdy?
My felt creations are meant to be durable according to their intended purposes.
- Keychains and bag charms are sturdy enough to be used as such and transported daily.
- Pocket pals are also sturdy, but their slightly increased detail levels might make them a bit more fragile. They can however be transported without worrying too much.
- One-of-a-kind items are meant for decoration and not transporting. Their high level of details and embroidery make them less adapted to frequent transportations.
- Magnets are sturdy, but not meant to be transported. Some of the pieces of felt included in their designs are not doubled and might eventually tear.
How to care for felt items?
Time and transportation might deteriorate the visual aspect of all felt items.
Care instructions vary depending on the type of creation.
Cleaning must remain occasional to prevent felt and stuffing from deteriorating. If the fabric starts pilling, you can carefully shave them off using a pill shaver while avoiding the embroidery as it might break the threads.
- Pocket pals, keychains (except bats) and bag charms: Hand wash of machine wash on a delicate cycle (30°C max); protect them by putting them in a sock or in a machine net. Keep the centrifuge low. Air dry.
- One-of-a-kind, magnets, and bat keychains: A surface or spot cleaning is highly recommended. Use a humidified clean rag with a bit of soap to remove the eventual stains before rinsing with a lightly damp clean rag. Machine washing might damage one-of-a-kind items and make the magnets rusty.

Can I change my order?
Orders can be changed until they are marked as shipped.

Can I exchange or return my order?
I hope you will love your purchases as much as I love creating them. I typically dont accept returns or exchanges.
